Common questions
How do I start playing?
Open the game in landscape orientation and choose a shift from the menu. Select an aircraft from the flight list, then use the available clearance actions. Watch the movement target and time remaining at the top of the screen.
Where is my progress saved?
Career progress and saved shifts are stored on your device. Version 1.0 does not offer connected cloud synchronisation. Do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step: deleting it can remove your local progress.
Why is live weather unavailable?
Live JFK weather needs an internet connection and an available weather service. The game can retain a saved weather report and labels its weather status. Check your connection and try again later.
The game is stuck or a clearance seems wrong.
Tell us which aircraft and action were involved and whether you had paused or resumed the game. Close and reopen the app if necessary. Please contact support before deleting it.
